Accounts and Pictures You Upload
Where you upload pictures to this website, you warrant that you hold the copyright and have all rights and releases to permit those pictures to be displayed in public. Pictures must be in keeping with the theme of this website (i.e. taken at Ceroc events), and not defamatory, in poor taste, or downright unlawful. The right to edit or remove photographs is reserved, as is the right to remove or limit your account status for infringement of these rules or for other reasons.
If there are pictures of you on this website that you're unhappy about, use the contact page to ask to have them removed.
To report any copyright or other rights infringements, please use the contact page to supply details and the problem will be dealt with.
Prints
Print orders are fulfilled by first class post, usually the next day for 6x8 and 6x9 prints and within a week for enlargements.
6x8 and 6x9 prints are produced with a black border. Borderless prints (or white borders) are available on request - please specify under the option for "Add special instructions for the Merchant" (paypal) or just let me know by email through the contact link after you've placed your order.
If you're not happy with the prints when you get them, for any reason, you're welcome to return them for a full refund.
Online Pictures and jpgs
All the pictures on this website are copyright by their photographer. That means that you don't automatically have the right to save them, print them, or use them in any way. Since all the pictures are displayed on this website you are of course allowed to look at them!
In some cases you can purchase access to pictures without watermarks. For these pictures:
If it's a picture of you, you can download it, print it, email it to friends and relatives, give away prints, use it as a screensaver or desktop, and/or upload it to your mobile phone. You can't post it to any other websites, including social networking sites like Facebook. Whatever you do with the picture you must leave the copyright notice and attribution in the lower left corner attached.
If it's a picture of someone else: you can download it but you can't give it away (or sell it) in any form - neither electronically by email for instance, or in print.
I aim to leave pictures online for at least 12 months from the event. Three months notice will be given on the website or by email before removing them so having purchased access to any of them you have an opportunity to download the ones you want to keep.
As with all online services, there are many reasons outside my control that may temporarily interrupt your enjoyment of this site. Where service is restored within a reasonable time, no liability will be accepted or refunds issued for service interruptions.
CDs
Collections of some pictures are available on CD. Conditions for the use of those pictures are contained on the CD although they're broadly the same as for pictures downloaded from the site. If you order a CD and you're not happy with the terms of your licence to use the photographs then you can return it for a refund.General
Orders are accepted on a "best effort" basis, and will be serviced with appropriate care and attention. No representations are made as to the fitness-for-purpose of any of the products, and (except in the case of death or personal injury or where else such limitations are proscribed by law) liability for consequential or indirect loss or damage is expressly disclaimed. Liability for direct losses resulting from any contract entered into via this site will be limited to a refund of any sums paid by you.
If a court of competent jurisdiction decides that any part of this agreement is unenforceable then that part only will be struck out but the rest of the agreement will stand. All parts of this page will be interpreted according to English law.
